Transcendent and Otherworldly

A burst of golden light suddenly appeared, neutralizing Zeus’s attack and at the same time saving Margaret from having her cultivation abolished.

As the golden light gradually faded, a handsome young man emerged before the crowd.

His hair was completely white, his clothes were ragged, but his entire being exuded a transcendent and otherworldly aura.

He stood there silently in front of Margaret, like an unshakable mountain.

“Dustin?”

Seeing the white-haired, handsome man, Margaret finally let out a long breath of relief.

She knew she was saved --- and so was everyone in the ancient temple.

Although Dustin now had white hair, his appearance hadn’t changed much.

But the aura he carried was now touched with an undefinable trace of divinity --- something she had never sensed before.

And that alone was enough to prove that Dustin had broken through to a new realm.

“You’ve worked hard.”

Dustin turned and gave Margaret a gentle nod.

A strand of golden light suddenly poured into her body.

Margaret trembled slightly, feeling a warm current flow through her --- it was incredibly soothing.

The blocked meridians and internal injuries in her body were instantly restored, as if spring had returned to the land.

Within just a few breaths, her injuries were fully healed, and her energy, spirit, and vitality were all brimming.

Such a feat had clearly surpassed the realm of ordinary mortals.

“Leave the rest to me.”

Dustin smiled faintly and turned his gaze toward Zeus and Hera.

At that moment, the two divine kings seemed to sense danger and stood side by side, secretly on alert.

Though they didn’t know why, the seemingly ordinary young man before them filled them with inexplicable unease.

“You’re Logan Rhys?” Zeus looked him up and down.

The man didn’t look much different from the photos in the dossier, but something felt off.

Wasn’t he supposed to be seriously injured? Why did he look so full of life?

“And you’re Zeus?” Dustin replied calmly.

“Hmph! You've got some nerve, calling me by name!” Zeus scowled.

“And this must be Hera, right?” Dustin’s gaze shifted.

“That’s right.” Hera smirked. “To defeat Poseidon, you must have some skill. But today, you're facing two divine kings --- both stronger than Poseidon. And you show up in person? Aren’t you afraid of dying?”

“Of course I fear death. But even if I fear it, I can’t keep hiding forever.”

Dustin smiled lightly. “My friend is in trouble. I can’t just be a coward in the shadows.”

“Being a coward at least means you live. Don’t want to hide? Then you’re asking for death!” Zeus sneered.

“Who lives and who dies remains to be seen. For all we know, it might be the two of you who die.” Dustin chuckled.

“Hahahaha…”

Hearing this, Zeus burst into laughter, but his face turned cold mid-laugh. “Boy, you’re arrogant beyond reason. You think we’re as weak as that trash Poseidon? I’ll show you what real power looks like!”

With that, Zeus raised his hand and hurled a bolt of lightning at Dustin.

Dustin stood still, making no move to dodge.

Just as the lightning was about to strike, a golden barrier suddenly appeared in front of him.

Boom!

The lightning slammed into the golden light with a loud explosion.

The bolt vanished without a trace, while the golden light remained intact.

“Hm?”

Zeus frowned slightly and struck again, firing off two more lightning bolts.

Still, Dustin didn’t move --- he merely activated the golden shield again.

Boom! Boom!

Two more explosions echoed.

The lightning shattered, and the golden light rippled like water, quickly returning to stillness.

“You’ve got some skill, but I want to see if you can take this next one!”

Zeus stretched out his hand, fingers spread wide. A sphere of blue lightning quickly formed in his palm.

As Zeus gathered power, the lightning orb grew --- starting from the size of an egg and soon swelling to the size of a basketball.

It radiated terrifying energy and destructive force.

“Take this!”

Zeus hurled the lightning sphere forward.

It shot toward Dustin like a cannonball, crashing hard into the golden light.

BOOM!!

A massive explosion rocked the entire ancient temple.

The courtyard was filled with raging lightning, demolishing the nearby buildings into rubble.

Yet despite the ferocity of the lightning, the golden barrier remained unshaken, not even a scratch on its surface.

“What?!”

Seeing this, Zeus finally began to lose his composure.

Even Margaret’s life-bound treasure --- the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda --- would tremble under his full-power strikes.

But this golden light shielding Logan Rhys didn’t even flinch.

What the hell was this?

Could it be some kind of defensive artifact?

“Let me try!”

Sensing the situation wasn’t going well, Hera stepped forward and unleashed her own attack.

She waved her hand, and suddenly, over a thousand black ice spears materialized behind her.

These spears were as thick as a child’s arm, sharp as swords, and radiated an intense chill.

“Go!”

Hera clenched her fist, and the thousands of black ice spears launched like a raging storm toward Dustin and Margaret.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!…

The countless ice spears struck the golden light barrier, erupting in a flurry of explosions.

The spears shattered into fragments of energy and dissipated, while Dustin’s golden shield remained flawless --- smooth as a mirror.

Watching this, both Zeus and Hera furrowed their brows in unison.

They had finally realized that Logan Rhys was not going to be easy to deal with.

Today… they were in for a fierce battle! - Ton

I love reading Dustin in action. This time Zeus will learn a hard lesson. He has already caused many deaths. Now let him take his own medicine. I am looking forward to seeing his extremely dishonourable end. As for Hera, she should be under full control of Dustin.

The battle royal against Satan is coming soon…

Waiting for new chapter. Now Dustin is more powerful than these all the gods of temple. Don't know who is going to be the next difficult challenge for him.

Elder Whitebone

Li Juntang knew the white figure was powerful, but he hadn’t expected it to be this powerful. In just a matter of minutes, the figure had devoured the overwhelming red mist using a technique like a divine dragon drawing in water, leaving not a trace behind. Such divine ability was far beyond anything he could imagine. Seeing it with his own eyes was far more shocking than anything he’d heard. Once the red mist vanished, the white figure waved a hand, and the energy vortex quickly dissipated. A blood-red bead slowly floated down from high above and finally landed in the white figure’s palm. Seeing the opportunity was ripe, Li Juntang immediately channeled his true qi and shouted, “You have dispersed the poisonous mist with divine powers and saved the entire city from disaster. I, Li Juntang, thank you on behalf of the people of this city. May I have the honor of meeting you face to face to express our gratitude properly?” This statement was skillfully crafted --- first, p...

Breaking The Siege

“Boom!!” A thunderous crash shook the earth. The moment the white figure landed, golden gales erupted from around him. The zombies that had rushed close were instantly shattered, as if colliding with an invisible barrier. Their grayish bodies exploded into fragments. Thick blackish-brown corpse fluid splattered onto the stone bricks, releasing foul-smelling steam that coiled into the air. “It’s that peerless master!” Someone shouted from within the inner gate fortress, and the once-terrified citizens suddenly erupted in thunderous cheers. When the red mist crisis had hit Lincheng, they had seen it with their own eyes --- a divine figure in white had absorbed the entire mist with unfathomable powers, saving the city from destruction. Now, with zombies besieging their ancient stronghold, seeing that familiar white figure again was like witnessing the return of their savior. “He’s finally here!” Li Guanglong, gripping his bloodstained saber, let out a long sigh of reli...

Moving Mountains

“Your Highness! Over a thousand of our brothers… gone, just like that!” “If I don’t slaughter every last one of those monsters, how could I ever face the spirits of the dead?!” Wan Zhong’s face was full of grief and rage, his hand gripping the blade trembling slightly. “The dead cannot return to life. Our brothers have already fallen --- you mustn’t throw your life away too. We have to retreat for now. Once we find a solution, we can avenge them,” Li Guanglong said, trying to persuade him. Losing ordinary soldiers could be remedied with reinforcements, but if someone like Wan Zhong --- an experienced and loyal general --- were to fall, it would be like losing an arm. There was no way he’d let that happen. “Your Highness…” “That’s an order!” Wan Zhong tried to say more, but Li Guanglong cut him off forcefully. As the zombie horde closed in on their position, Li Guanglong grew anxious. Without another word, he dragged Wan Zhong onto a nearby helicopter. With a loud ro...
