Demonstrating Strength

Wu Yong's request to fight made the atmosphere on the scene suddenly heated up.

Around the training ground, the soldiers began to whisper and talk among themselves.

"Deputy General Wu is a well-known master in our army. With his skills, I don't know how many enemies he has killed on the battlefield. I haven't seen him take action for a long time." A young soldier said with admiration.

"Yes, Lieutenant General Wu has been through hundreds of battles and has amazing strength. If he takes action, Mr. Rhys will be in trouble." Another veteran echoed.

After the battle just now, they naturally knew that Dustin was very powerful, otherwise he would not have been able to defeat five elite soldiers so easily.

However, in their eyes, no matter how strong Dustin was, he could not be a match for Deputy General Wu.

As a martial arts master, Lieutenant General Wu is far superior to those martial arts masters in terms of cultivation, physique, and combat experience.

His Highness had recruited several martial arts masters and had sparred with them, but in the end they were all defeated by Deputy General Wu.

I think Mr. Rhys today will be no exception.

"Why? Could it be that Mr. Rhys has some concerns?"

Wu Yong stood in the center of the martial arts arena, with an upright posture and a majestic aura.

His hair moves without wind, and the air vibrates.

Dustin looked at Li Juntang next to him, and after seeing that he was smiling but not saying anything, he nodded and said, "Since General Wu is so interested, I will play with you for a few rounds."

"Good! That's refreshing!"

Wu Yong smiled, then gestured with one hand: "Mr. Rhys, you can pick any of the weapons in the martial arts arena that you find useful. If you don't like any of them, there are still many other magical weapons in the warehouse."

"No need, it's just a fight, there's no need to use weapons." Dustin shook his head.

"Okay, then let's compete in boxing and kicking." Wu Yong slowly moved his arms, and there was a "cracking" sound at the joints.

The strength that Dustin had just demonstrated made him realize that the other party was definitely not someone to be trifled with.

I haven't met a decent opponent for a long time, I must have a good fight today.

"Old Wu, be careful and don't underestimate the enemy." Zhang He reminded in a low voice.

"Don't worry, I know what to do." Wu Yong smiled and turned his gaze to Dustin again, full of fighting spirit: "Mr. Rhys, please."

"Please." Dustin invited with one hand.

"Be careful!"

Wu Yong was not polite either. He shouted loudly and rushed forward.

He was running so fast that he created a gust of wind and left deep footprints on the ground beneath his feet.

In the blink of an eye, he was in front of Dustin, and his right fist blasted out like a cannonball, aiming directly at Dustin's chest.

This punch contains enormous power. If hit, even a tank would be scrapped on the spot.

Dustin was not in a hurry. He slightly tilted his body and easily avoided Wu Yong's attack.

At this moment, his left hand quickly stretched out and stabbed Wu Yong's ribs like a sharp sword.

Wu Yong's reaction was also extremely quick. He immediately retracted his right fist and dodged sideways.

Then, he took a step forward with his left foot, turned his body, and swept out with his left leg like an iron rod, aiming at Dustin's lower body.

Seeing this, Dustin tapped the ground with his toes, jumped high, and easily avoided Wu Yong's sweeping kick.

In the air, Dustin turned around and kicked Wu Yong's head with his right foot like a flash of lightning.

Wu Yong quickly raised his arms to protect his head.

"Bang!"

Dustin's foot kicked Wu Yong's arm, making a dull sound.

Wu Yong only felt a huge force coming, which made him retreat several steps and his arm became numb.

Wu Yong frowned, without caring about being surprised, and immediately launched a counterattack.

He danced his hands quickly, his fists flashing, and attacked Dustin like a violent storm.

Each of his punches carried such powerful force that it made the air explode.

Dustin stepped lightly, his figure flashed nimbly, and with a mysterious body movement, he avoided every attack of Wu Yong.

No matter how fiercely Wu Yong attacked, Dustin was always able to handle it with ease, and his occasional counterattacks were able to push Wu Yong back several steps.

The fierce battle between the two men kept the soldiers glued to their seats. They did not expect the battle to be so intense.

They originally thought that Wu Yong could easily defeat Dustin, but now it seems that Dustin's strength seems to be far beyond their imagination.

"Brother Logan, don't hold back. Let them see your true strength."

After looking for a while, Li Juntang suddenly spoke.

Others may not know, but he knows clearly in his heart that Dustin did not use his full strength.

Perhaps out of respect for him, or perhaps because he didn't want Wu Yong to lose too badly, the opponent had been suppressing his cultivation, focusing on defense and dodging, and rarely took the initiative to attack.

Otherwise, with Ultimate Grandmaster Dustin's strength, Wu Yong would not be able to last more than ten moves at his hands. How could such a difficult situation arise?

"Mr. Rhys! Come on, let me see how powerful you are!" Wu Yong challenged him while swinging his fists wildly.

He was still somewhat dissatisfied with Dustin. The opponent kept dodging and the fight was not enjoyable at all.

"Okay, then I won't hold back."

Dustin smiled slightly, then punched out like lightning, hitting Wu Yong hard.

The punch was fast and fierce, like a meteor falling to the ground, unstoppable.

Wu Yong's pupils shrank and he subconsciously raised his arms to block.

"Bang!"

There was a loud bang.

Wu Yong's boxing stance was directly broken up, his arms were dislocated, and the overwhelming force threw him several meters away, and then he fell to the ground with blood gushing out of his mouth and nose.

His face showed horror. - Ton

Seeking Medicine for a Father

When Li Weimin’s decree was issued, reactions across the factions varied. At that moment, Li Wenxing was in his study, weighing the pros and cons of the recent trip to Southern Frontier. Although he hadn’t stood out much, compared to Li Guanglong and Li Juntang, he was still the more capable one. But this minor advantage clearly wasn’t enough to change the overall outcome. Just then, Qian Jin rushed in and reported, “Your Highness! A message from the palace --- His Majesty’s condition has worsened, and he has only a short time left. He has issued a special decree: any royal family member who can journey to Penglai Island and retrieve the elixir will become the future crown prince!” “Future crown prince?” Hearing this, Li Wenxing’s spirits lifted immediately. But soon after, he frowned. He had, of course, heard of Penglai Island --- but only in legends. Whether it truly existed in the East Sea, and whether it held any elixir that could extend life, remained unknown. ...

The Swarm of Man-Eating Fish

Dustin landed lightly back on the shattered deck, the golden glow on his longsword gradually fading. Across the sea’s surface, dark green blood floated in thick patches, slowly dispersing in the rain. Far in the distance, the typhoon had vanished without warning. A gap opened in the clouds, allowing sunlight to break through at last, casting warm rays onto the ravaged Wavebreaker . Margaret steadied herself against the swaying rail, gazing out at the now-calm sea, a long sigh of relief escaping her lips. That octopus demon just now had the power of an Ultimate Grandmaster --- its enormous body and terrifying regenerative abilities made it nearly invincible. Even most Ultimate Grandmasters wouldn’t stand a chance against such a monster. Thankfully, they had Dustin. If he hadn't been there, who knows how many lives would have been lost? At last, the sea had calmed, and the storm was receding. The Wavebreaker floated gently atop the waves. The deck was in ruins, littered ...

Frozen Wasteland

The ice sculptures shimmered with a cold light in the biting wind, the soldiers’ twisted faces sealed inside the crystalized frost, as if still crying out from the agony of being frozen alive. Li Guanglong stared at those figures, his Adam’s apple rolling a few times as he forced down the tremor in his chest. He raised a hand to rub his still-stiff arm. The spot that had been swept by the white mist earlier was still faintly bruised with purplish-blue, the chill seeming to seep deep into his very bones. “Your Highness, that spirit deer carries a poisonous cold beyond imagination.” Wan Zhong leaned on his blade as he walked over, the wound on his lone arm having split open again from the cold. Blood seeped through the bandages, dripping scarlet dots onto the snow. He gazed toward where the deer had vanished, his eyes full of dread. “We’d best hold our camp steady for now, and not recklessly provoke the creatures of this island again.” Li Guanglong nodded silently. His earlier ...
